Winter Coat Drive
United Way of Mahaska County 2011 Winter Coat Has Ended
We have experienced a fantastic turn out for our coat drive, with over 700 coats that have been donated. We have also already distributed over 500 coats to many community members that required them.
Our coat drive ended on December 9th. The coats have been given to the New Hope Community Center, where they will be free still to those that need them.
Thank you to all who have donated outerwear this year! We could not help the residents of Mahaska County without your support and generosity. We thank you also for continuing year after year to make this a successful coat drive.
