Whistleblower Policy

It is the intent of United Way of Mahaska County to adhere to all laws and regulations that apply to the organization and the underlying purpose of this policy is to support the organization's goal of legal compliance. The support of all associated persons are necessary to achieving compliane with various laws and regulations.

If an associated person reasonably believes that some policy, practice or activiy of United Way of Mahaska County is in violation of the law, a written complain must be filed by the employee or volunteer to the following:
